Hi! I landed on your blog because we both signed up for Dreadlockgirl's readathon in the coming weekend. And I'm kind of curious who else is participating so I thought I'd make a little blog tour!

I see you just have done another readathon! Wow! I'm brand new to this thing so don't know whether I will manage to do it all but we will see!

I'm not using Library Thing but Goodreads. I like Goodreads a lot but haven't put all of my books into it yet. Not sure if I ever will. I still have the rather oldfashioned but functional Excel sheet for cataloging my books and I like it actually. I use several tags for genres, countries, etc. And it's very easy to make selections and so on.

Well...I'm sort of wishy-washy on tags myself. I mostly use them for my 2009 reads widget and to track who has borrowed my books. My other tags do mostly correspond to the way my books are shelved, but the shelving came first, then the tags. Of course, I've worked off and on for Borders (currently off) since 2000, so I tend to shelve my books the way they'd be shelved in the store!
